We know many information regarding health aspects… But when i came across this one i felt a bit surprised as i haven’t heard of many things in this list… So i liked to share it with you all 🙂 Guess it’ll be of atleast a minor use to you 🙂

  1. That’s really good to read about the Coffee! I suffer with migrains so I don’t drink it often but from time to time, I do! The thing is with my headaches is if I start drinking coffee I have to keep drinking it to prevent from getting a headache. Weird, huh?! LOL!!
    But I know a lot of diets now have you drink a cup of black coffee…so it can’t be all that bad!

    1. Yeah i do have experienced a kinda addiction to coffee earlier but i somehow managed to stop it now 🙂 We can have some better options as you said for avoiding coffee which would do some good 🙂 Thanks for commenting 🙂
